Our Founder, Arva Thomas is an accomplished corporate trainer, speaker, former teacher and college adjunct instructor. Using her 20 plus years of proven success in leading and operating on high-performing teams, Arva began EpicRise® and created the Be EPIC Blueprint to help the next generation of professionals master the soft skills necessary for long-term personal and career success.

Combining her gift for teaching with her high emotional intelligence and palpable executive presence, Arva has an extraordinary ability to inspire and connect with others to convey complex information in a simple and engaging way. She is also the proud mom of twin boys who are both attending the colleges of their choice, which gives her a fresh perspective on how to connect with college students and recent graduates.
